Team Lead - Inside Sales (Partnerships)

Job Summary:

Seeking a dynamic Team Lead for our Inside Sales partnerships team. You will be responsible for driving the growth of our franchise, retail, and travel partner network by managing inbound inquiries and generating outbound opportunities, coaching the sales team, and personally closing strategic deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate the inside sales team to exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
Develop and execute the sales strategy for our inbound partnership funnel.
Act as a player-coach, personally handling sales and actively assisting the team with closures.
Oversee CRM usage, manage the sales pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasting and reports.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing an inside sales team.
5+ years experience of sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets, both individually and as a team leader.
Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
Proficient with reporting tools like MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Experience in B2B, franchise, retail, or travel sales is a strong plus.
