Team Lead – Laboratory Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Laboratory Revenue Cycle Team Lead/Supervisor with 5-8 years of specialized experience in laboratory billing to lead our revenue cycle operations of Labs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end RCM for molecular, blood chemistry, genetic laboratory testing, and Radiology billing. This role involves leading the billing team, driving revenue maximization, minimizing denial rates, and ensuring compliance with federal, state and commercial payer guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, reducing net days in A/R.
• End-to-End RCM Oversight: Manage the full laboratory revenue cycle, including charge entry, eligibility, coding, billing, and collections.
• Denial Management: Analyze root causes of denials, including medical necessity, coding errors, and missing documentation.
• Compliance: Ensure all billing practices comply with HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid, and state regulations.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve complex, aged A/R and high-level denial appeals.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor KPIs (clean claim rate, net collection rate) and provide actionable reporting to leadership.
• Audit & Reporting: Conduct routine audits of coding and billing, identifying and resolving areas of revenue leakage.
• Payer Relations: Manage all commercials (such as Aetna, UHC, Cigna) and Medicare/Medicaid payer policies.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the RCM staff.
• Client Communication: Proficient in English communication with a minimum of 2 years of experience in maintaining client communication and resolving client queries through multichannel communication.

Pay: Rs170,000.00 - Rs2,000,000.00 per month
