Team Lead Merchandiser (Apparel)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead Merchandiser to join our apparel division. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading the merchandising team, managing client accounts, and ensuring smooth execution of the product development cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of merchandisers, ensuring timely execution of orders from development to shipment.
• Communicate effectively with buyers, suppliers, and internal departments to meet client requirements.
• Monitor product development, costing, sampling, approvals, and production follow-ups.
• Ensure on-time delivery with strict adherence to quality and compliance standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Review team performance and provide guidance to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile/Fashion/Apparel or related field.
• 8–10 years of proven experience in merchandising, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
