Job Title: Team Lead – Multi Technician (Fit-Out & Painting Works)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Team Lead – Multi Technician to supervise and execute maintenance, fit-out, and painting works across residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, be capable of leading a team on-site, and ensure work is completed efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians on maintenance and fit-out projects.
• Perform and oversee painting, drywall, carpentry, masonry, and general fit-out works.
• Carry out basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance when required.
• Plan daily activities and allocate tasks to team members.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with supervisors, clients, and suppliers regarding project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and site regulations.
• Monitor material usage and report requirements for replenishment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fit-out, maintenance, and painting works.
• Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance and interior fit-out activities.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings and work instructions.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
