About the Role:
Delhivery Ltd., India’s leading logistics company, is looking for a motivated Team Lead to join our Last Mile Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates who want to build a career in logistics and operations.

Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate day-to-day last mile delivery operations.
Monitor delivery performance, turnaround time (TAT), and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in managing a team of delivery executives to achieve daily/weekly targets.
Support route planning, shipment allocation, and workforce scheduling.
Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and company policies.
Handle on-ground challenges, escalations, and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree / diploma (any stream).
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in logistics/e-commerce operations can apply.

Strong leadership qualities and a problem-solving mindset.
Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge (MS Excel preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates within 10–15 KM radius of Ayoor will be given priority.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
