Job Description

Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for procurement processes and assist clients with process-related queries.
Monitor and track daily team activities, ensuring accuracy in trackers and reports.
Drive process improvements by identifying and implementing operational efficiencies.
Support onboarding, training, and go-live of new resources; proactively update clients on resource movements.
Lead and motivate the team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Kinaxis, Pulse).
Proficiency in MS Office 365 / MS 360
