Role Overview

We are looking for a Team Lead – Performance Marketing who can own end-to-end paid media strategy, execution, optimization, and team management. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, hands-on with platforms, and capable of leading a team while driving consistent growth for multiple client accounts.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Strategy & Execution

  • Own performance marketing strategy across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping), and Marketplace ads
  • Plan and manage high-budget performance campaigns for lead generation, e-commerce, and app installs
  • Define funnel strategies: awareness → consideration → conversion → retargeting
  • Drive ROAS, CPA, CAC, and LTV-based optimization
  • Launch and scale campaigns based on performance data and business goals

Team Leadership & Account Management

  • Lead, mentor, and review the work of performance executives and account managers
  • Assign tasks, review campaign structures, creatives, and reports
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and SOPs across accounts
  • Act as the primary escalation point for key clients
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and SEO teams

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Create and review weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Present insights and growth plans to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Use tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, and dashboards

Client & Business Growth Support

  • Participate in client strategy calls and performance reviews
  • Assist sales and growth teams with media plans, audits, and proposals
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through performance insights
  • Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and new ad formats

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Performance / Paid Media Marketing
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
  • Experience handling multiple clients and monthly ad spends
  • Proven ability to manage and scale campaigns with strong ROI
  • Experience in e-commerce, D2C, and lead generation campaigns
  • Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization
  • Leadership experience with a performance marketing team
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Good to Have

  • Experience with app marketing (UAC, App installs, events optimization)
  • Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace ads
  • Exposure to international markets
  • Experience with CRM integrations and automation tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
