About the Role

As a Sales Lead at Phi Consulting, you will be responsible for leading the launch and growth of a new client portfolio. This is a strategic role that blends outbound execution, leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. You will serve as both a high-performing individual contributor and a mentor, supporting the performance and development of a growing sales team.

You’ll play a critical role in building a pipeline, refining sales motion, owning revenue targets, and ensuring that your team consistently delivers on its goals — while maintaining alignment with client objectives and company values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead outbound efforts to develop and manage a pipeline for a newly onboarded portfolio
  • Collaborate with leadership to define strategy, vertical focus, and messaging
  • Own and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and team syncs to track performance and coach team members
  • Manage CRM data quality, pipeline accuracy, and reporting for your portfolio
  • Work closely with client success, marketing, and recruitment teams to ensure full alignment
  • Handle escalations and client feedback with professionalism and urgency
  • Recruit, train, and ramp new AEs under your leadership as the team expands

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, with 1+ years in a leadership or team lead role
  • Proven success in selling into the US market, especially in trucking, fintech, or SaaS verticals
  • Experience managing a pipeline and leading a quota-carrying team
  • Strong understanding of outbound SDR/AE motion, including prospecting and closing
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs, sales dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication, time management, and coaching skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience launching or scaling a new vertical or client portfolio
  • Familiarity with RevOps frameworks and data-driven selling
  • Prior work with global clients in a high-performance offshore environment
