Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Lead at PaperTrue, you will spearhead business development vertical by converting leads into successful sales through innovative strategies. You'll motivate and lead your team, optimize processes, and collaborate on strategic workforce planning. Your role also involves enhancing training programs and delivering insightful reports.

Business Development and Sales Strategy

  • Lead with Impact: Convert high-value leads into successful sales, surpassing targets.
  • Innovate and Connect: Develop and implement strategic growth plans, highlighting PaperTrue’s unique offerings.

Team Leadership

  • Inspire and Guide: Lead and motivate a team of Account Managers and Associates, enhancing sales performance through effective meetings and strategies.
  • Organize and Support: Manage scheduling, approve leave requests, and address performance issues.

Training and Mentoring

  • Enhance Learning: Review and refine training materials, suggesting improvements and recommending innovative tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborative Growth: Partner with management to evaluate sales team performance.
  • Drive Excellence: Provide mentorship and insightful reports to boost team productivity.

Process Design and Implementation

  • Optimize Efficiency: Identify process gaps and develop systems to enhance accountability and drive business results.
  • Leverage Technology: Recommend IT solutions to streamline sales processes and automate MIS report generation.

MIS and Management Reporting

  • Strategic Updates: Provide quarterly reports to management, updating stakeholders on target achievements and KPI compliance, while seeking approvals for process changes.
  • Performance Insights: Compile and present weekly sales performance reports, engaging in discussions on forecasts for upcoming periods.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team-building abilities, dedicated to achieving sales targets and ensuring process compliance while managing cross-functional responsibilities.
  • Strategic Expertise: Skilled in formulating sales strategies and business planning. An influential communicator, adept at engaging across all organizational levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
