Team Lead – SCADA

Location: Pakistan (Field & Office Based)

Department: Engineering / SCADA & Telemetry

Experience: Minimum 5 years (preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Team Lead – SCADA to manage SCADA implementation, commissioning, and integration activities for telemetry and infrastructure projects. The role requires hands-on technical expertise along with strong team leadership and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise SCADA engineers and technicians during execution and commissioning
• Plan and manage SCADA deployment activities at multiple sites
• Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and internal teams
• Review SCADA architecture, signal lists, and technical documentation
• Ensure smooth integration of RTUs, PLCs, communication systems, and SCADA servers
• Oversee FAT, SAT, testing, and commissioning activities
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to the team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Control Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience (preferably) in SCADA systems
• Strong understanding of SCADA platforms, RTUs, PLCs, and communication protocols
• Experience in field execution, testing, and commissioning
• Proven team leadership and coordination skills
• Good communication and documentation skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in telemetry, water, power, or utility SCADA projects
• Vendor coordination experience (e.g., Siemens or equivalent systems)
