Assist in guiding models (flow, movement, poses based on moodboards). Conduct venue visits to assess execution quality and client experience. Provide weekly visit reports/insights to the Operations Manager. Be a professional, confident point of contact for clients during shoots. Requirements Basic-intermediate understanding of marketing and content production. Strong coordination, organization, and communication skills. Comfortable working with clients, creatives, models, and hospitality teams. Calm under pressure, adaptable, solution-oriented. Able to translate moodboards and creative strategy into real execution.
