We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead – Telecalling to manage, mentor, and drive a team of telecallers. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, advanced computer skills, and excellent presentation and communication abilities to ensure high team performance and target achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the telecalling team to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor call quality, conversion ratios, and daily productivity of team members
- Handle escalations, complex customer interactions, and team challenges effectively
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (MIS) to management
- Ensure proper implementation of calling scripts, CRM updates, and company processes
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and management teams for target planning and strategy
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports using advanced computer tools
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 3–5 years of experience in telecalling with proven team handling experience
- Advanced computer knowledge – MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and reporting tools
- Strong presentation and paper presentation skills for reporting, training, and management reviews
- Excellent leadership, people management, and motivational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a target-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
