Role and Responsibilities:
1) Create sustainable business volume by recruiting, onboarding, and developing agents.
2) Recruiting and training managers, implementing and monitoring the performance.
3) Train and mentor agents to sell SME (Non-Motor) products effectively.
4) Drive productivity by setting clear targets for agents and monitoring performance.
5) Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, agents, and customers.
6) Plan and supervise the team activities to ensure sales & lead generation as per plan.
