ICONIC MARKETING MANAGEMENT is a leading company with a strong presence in the banking sector. We are currently seeking motivated and dynamic Team Leaders and Relationship Officers to join our team for selling banking products (Credit Cards and Personal Loans) for reputed banks in the UAE.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 1 year banking experience (UAE or home country)

Freshers can apply if on Own Visa or Spouse Visa/ Visit & Employment Visa (must have at least 1 year banking experience)

Candidates with more than 2 years banking experience must provide bank statements showing commission earnings

1. Team Leader (Urgent Hiring – With 10 Staff) - Abu Dhabi

Salary: AED 6,000 to AED 8,000

Incentives: Attractive monthly incentives

Position: Team Leader – Credit Card & Loan Sales

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar banking sales role in the UAE

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 10 sales executives to meet credit card and personal loan targets.

Monitor performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular team training.

Drive sales strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and report to management.

Handle escalated customer queries and support staff in achieving goals.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Team Leader in banking sales (Credit Cards & Loans) in UAE.

Strong leadership, coaching, and reporting skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

2. Relationship Officer - Abu Dhabi

Salary: AED 3,000 to AED 5,000

Incentives: High earning potential

Position: Relationship Officer – Credit Cards & Loans

Location: UAE

Experience: 1+ year in banking (Credit Cards & Loans)

Job Description:

Manage and grow customer relationships, promoting credit card and loan products.

Achieve individual sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Assist clients with product inquiries and application processes.

Maintain accurate records and follow banking policies.

Requirements:

1+ year experience in banking sales (Credit Cards & Loans) in UAE or home country.

Candidates with own visa, spouse visa, visit, or employment visa are welcome to apply.
