Team Leader

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to guide our real estate agents toward achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional client experiences. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in real estate sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
• Provide training, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to grow market share.
• Build strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and company standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
