Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Leader who is passionate about building and leading high-performing sales team, fostering meaningful client relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will mentor and guide team members, oversee lead management and client conversion activities, ensure exceptional ongoing client support, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets. The Team Leader plays a crucial role in enhancing team performance, ensuring client satisfaction, streamlining operations, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Drive the team to exceed KPIs for net deposits, trading volume, and active accounts.

2)Monitor leads, call volumes, and conversions while strategically allocating leads.

3)Personally assist RM's in securing high-net-worth (HNWI) and institutional clients.

4)Run daily briefings to set targets, share market updates, and boost team energy.

5)Train and onboard staff on Forex/CFD markets, sales tactics, and objection handling.

6)Conduct 1-on-1 reviews and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).

7)Strict oversight on the "no-financial-advice" policy and data security.

8)Oversee anti-churn strategies to maximize client lifetime value.

9)Work with Compliance, Marketing, and Back-Office while delivering KPIs to upper management.

10)Safeguard sensitive client financial data and personal information and similarly maintain company data or leads.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
