Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Officers to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Drive Credit Cards sales by building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure high productivity and performance standards
- Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet targets
- Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and ensure smooth execution of sales processes
- Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements:-
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Credit Card sales in the UAE (mandatory)
- At least 1 year of experience in handling a sales team (mandatory)
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team in a target-driven environment
- Preference will be given to candidates who can bring their own team
- Must be currently available in the UAE for in-person interview
