Team Leader -Data Analyst

Job Title: Team Leader – Data Analysis & Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and validate commission structures and incentive calculations.
• Build, manage, and review dashboards and reports using Excel & Google Sheets.
• Interpret data to generate insights that support sales and business performance.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data processing, reporting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely and actionable reports.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Monitor team performance to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Continuously identify process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English (both written & verbal).
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in data analysis, MIS, or reporting.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high numerical aptitude.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, reporting).
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
• Flexible to work in the 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
