The Senior Data Analyst – Team Leader is responsible for leading the data analytics function, driving data-driven decision-making, and managing a team of analysts. This role ensures high-quality data analysis, reporting, and insights while enhancing analytics capabilities and aligning with business objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous development.

Oversee the analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to support strategic decision-making.

Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports for business stakeholders.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all data processes.

Guide the team in data cleaning, transformation, validation, and ETL processes.

Develop and optimize SQL queries and manage databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

Utilize Python (pandas, numpy) for advanced data analysis and automation.

Drive the use of data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI for impactful reporting.
