Team Leader – Fabrication

The Fabrication Incharge is responsible for managing a team of fabricators/welders and ensuring that all fabrication works are carried out to the highest quality standards, within budget, and on time. The role also ensures that all equipment used during fabrication is properly maintained and operated to the highest standards.

• Requirements

- English is a must.

- Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Tamil are huge pluses.

- Strong fabrication skills including marking and arranging materials in different shapes and angles.

- Ability to supervise, assist, and train fabricators while improving fabrication techniques.

- Good understanding of piping and drainage systems, including pipelines and manholes.

- Knowledge of HDPE and other plastic materials, including fabrication and heat behavior.

- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Able to prepare and accurately complete production forms and records.

• Qualifications & Experience

- Secondary School Certificate

- More than 5 years of experience in the pipe manufacturing industry

- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role

• Key Responsibilities

- Manage a team of fabricators and welders

- Prepare and maintain production/fabrication records

- Ensure compliance with Quality & HSE requirements
