Team Leader - F&B

Role Overview
The F&B Operations Team Leader is responsible for leading the daily dispatch and packaging operations in our central kitchen. This hands-on leadership role ensures accurate, timely, and high-quality meal preparation, portioning, packaging, labeling, and handover to delivery partners while maintaining food safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Supervise Dispatch Operations

• Oversee end-to-end dispatch workflow from food preparation to final bag handover
• Open and close dispatch area daily (checklist execution, equipment readiness, hygiene sign-off)

Food Segregation & Sorting

• Ensure correct segregation of dishes by brand, menu type, dietary tags (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, high-protein)
• Verify all items against daily order sheets and cooking reports before packing

Portioning & Accurate Packaging

• Supervise precise portioning of all meals as per brand-specific standards
• Lead packaging process to ensure every customer bag is complete, correctly labeled, and securely sealed

Labeling & Documentation

• Oversee printing and application of menus, nutritional labels, allergen tags, and logistics stickers
• Verify label accuracy and legibility before dispatch

External Communication & Coordination

• Communicate effectively with delivery partners, logistics coordinators, and third-party drivers
• Resolve real-time handover issues (missing items, delays, special instructions) professionally

Quality & Hygiene Enforcement

• Maintain strict adherence to HACCP, food safety, and temperature control standards
• Conduct spot checks on packaging quality, bag completeness, and hygiene at every stage

Team Leadership & Training

• Guide, train, and motivate dispatch/packaging team members. Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
