Team Leader Finance - FMCG Business

Join a pioneering Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company dedicated to delivering premium products to consumers globally. Renowned for our commitment to quality and innovation, we are seeking a seasoned Team Leader-Finance to lead our finance team and drive strategic financial management.

Position Overview:
As the Team Leader-Finance, you will be instrumental in steering the financial health of our FMCG business. Your responsibilities will encompass financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in financial leadership, adept at providing actionable insights to support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management strategies.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis against forecasts.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization and profitability.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader-Finance or similar role within the FMCG industry.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaboration.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

The role is based in Bahrain.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: BD400.000 - BD500.000 per month
