Job Summary:

We are seeking a Team Leader – Facilities Management to supervise daily FM operations, manage site staff, and ensure smooth service delivery in line with company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise FM technicians and soft services staff on site.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor attendance and productivity.
• Coordinate with clients/site representatives for operational matters.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance works are completed on time.
• Maintain service quality, safety standards, and company SOP compliance.
• Prepare basic daily reports and manpower deployment records.
• Handle site issues and escalate critical matters to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Facilities Management supervision.
• Knowledge of FM operations (MEP / Soft Services).
• Basic reporting and communication skills.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Immediate joiners required

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
