About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for Team Leader for Food & Beverage Department to join Jumeirah Group.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Supervises effectiveness of workflow and sequence of service during service periods and provides constant hands on support.
  • Supervises and monitors the cashiering function of the outlet to ensure compliance with JI Cashiering Procedures.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and responding to customer feedback and complaints ensuring JI procedures for CSI and Compliant Handling are followed.
  • Informs Outlet Manager / Assistant Manager of any complaints, negative feedback from guests after they first try to resolve.
  • Actively uses the database of customer details / history to assist in guest recognition.
  • Advice the Outlet Manager / Assistant Manager of any improvements needed in relation to restaurants operation including updates to SOPs or addition / deletion of SOPs.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • Technical know how where applicable (Intermediate/Advanced)
  • Exposure of handling telephone enquiries
  • Exposure of handling Micros Cashiering system
