About the Role:

As a Team Leader – Hub Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the last-mile delivery hub. The role involves ensuring seamless first-mile to last-mile coordination, managing delivery associates, maintaining productivity standards, and driving performance excellence within the hub.

This position is part of Flipkart’s Diversity Hiring initiative, encouraging women professionals to take up leadership roles in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily hub operations including inbound, outbound, and delivery processes.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments while maintaining service quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of delivery associates and support staff to achieve daily productivity targets.
• Monitor operational KPIs like delivery TAT, exception handling, NDR management, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with regional and central teams to ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and SOPs.
• Drive employee engagement and maintain a positive work culture at the hub.
• Handle shift planning, manpower deployment, and attendance tracking.
• Ensure proper utilization of space, resources, and last-mile vehicles.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and last-mile logistics.
• Ability to manage a large workforce and handle fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Hands-on experience in E-commerce, FMCG, or Logistics operations preferred.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate / Postgraduate (Any discipline)
2–5 years of experience in Last Mile / Hub / Supply Chain Operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
