Experience: 3–5 years

CTC: ₹50,000/month

Responsibilities

● Lead and manage a small team of IT support engineers (Desktop/L1) ensuring smooth

day-to-day IT operations.

● Assign and track daily tasks, ensuring SLA adherence and timely resolution of incidents.

● Provide escalation support for complex issues involving desktops, laptops, servers,

network, and applications.

● Manage Office 365 administration including user accounts, mailboxes, OneDrive, Teams,

and security groups.

● Oversee Active Directory & Azure AD administration (user provisioning, password

policies, group management).

● Ensure effective patch management, antivirus updates, and endpoint security

compliance.

● Support procurement and vendor coordination for IT hardware/software requirements.

● Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and SOPs for audits and compliance.

● Implement and monitor ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

● Coordinate with L2/L3 teams and external vendors for escalations and project rollouts.

● Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide mentorship to L1

engineers.

● Ensure 24x7 availability of IT infrastructure through proactive monitoring and preventive

measures.

● Prepare periodic MIS/IT reports for management on incidents, resolutions, and IT health

status.

Requirements

● Graduate in Computer Science / IT or related field.

● 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support and infrastructure management.

● Proven experience in leading a small IT support team.

● Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Intune/EMS, and Active Directory.

● Good understanding of networking basics (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls preferred).

● Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise ticketing tools.

● Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination skills.

● Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
