Role Overview

The Landscaping Lead will be responsible for end-to-end execution and growth of XOTO’s landscaping services. This role combines technical expertise, team leadership, project management, and vendor coordination to deliver high-quality outdoor solutions at scale.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Execution Management

• Lead end-to-end landscaping projects including lawns, paving, pergolas, lighting, irrigation, water features, and outdoor furniture.
• Ensure timely execution as per approved designs, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct site inspections, feasibility checks, and BOQ finalization.

Team Leadership

• Manage and supervise on-ground landscaping teams, supervisors, and technicians.
• Allocate manpower, plan schedules, and monitor daily progress.
• Train teams on best practices, safety standards, and quality control.

Vendor & Material Management

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for plants, materials, tools, and machinery.
• Ensure cost-effective sourcing without compromising quality.
• Maintain inventory planning and usage tracking.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety norms, and sustainability practices.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and finish.
• Handle snag lists, rectifications, and final handovers.

Client & Internal Coordination

• Act as the single point of contact for landscaping clients.
• Work closely with design, sales, and operations teams.
• Support sales teams with technical inputs, site visits, and proposals.

Growth & Process Improvement

• Help standardize landscaping packages and execution SOPs.
• Suggest innovations in materials, designs, and execution efficiency.
• Support scalability of landscaping operations across multiple projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in landscaping execution and site management.
• Strong knowledge of softscape, hardscape, irrigation, lighting, and outdoor structures.
• Experience managing large teams and multiple sites simultaneously.
• Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and technical layouts.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with UAE landscaping standards and climate conditions is a plus.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
