Team Leader - Luxury Car Rental

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead, manage, and grow a high-performing sales team in the luxury and premium car rental market. This role requires a candidate with strong leadership, market awareness, and the ability to build a results-driven team aligned with customer demand and market trends.

*If you are selected for this role, you will be temporarily working in the Dubai office for a period of 3-6 months then shift to Abu Dhabi car rental office permanently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Build and scale a sales team based on market demand and business growth
• Monitor market trends in the luxury car rental industry and adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Set KPIs, track performance, and ensure consistent achievement of targets
• Train, coach, and develop sales executives to enhance performance
• Handle key client relationships and corporate accounts
• Develop sales plans and promotional strategies to increase bookings and revenue
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained by the team
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management

Requirements

• Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Team Leader or Sales Manager in Car rental, automotive, or luxury services
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi automotive market and customer behavior
• Ability to recruit, train, and manage a sales team
• Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• UAE driving license is mandatory
