Team Leader - Marketing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Marketing to lead our marketing team at Futurewings Academy. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in educational marketing, and the ability to drive admissions through innovative marketing strategies and effective team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve admission and campaign targets.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies for student admissions and brand promotion.
• Conduct school and college visits, seminars, and counselling sessions to generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and partners.
• Monitor daily marketing activities and ensure timely follow-up with enquiries and leads.
• Train, guide, and evaluate team members to improve performance and productivity.
• Manage digital marketing activities including social media campaigns and online promotions.
• Prepare marketing reports and track performance metrics.
• Coordinate with counsellors and academic teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
