About the Role

We are looking for strong, energetic, and motivated Team Leaders to join our Last Mile Operations team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in logistics, last mile delivery operations, with the ability to manage people, performance, and process efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise delivery associates / field executives.
• Ensure smooth daily last mile operations and timely deliveries.
• Monitor key metrics such as delivery performance, route efficiency, and service quality.
• Resolve on-ground operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, safety, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in last mile delivery,
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and reporting.
• Educational Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
