What It Takes:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate market
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage agents
• Strong sales track record with a focus on hitting and exceeding targets
• Fluency in English (European language is a plus)

Your Role as Team Leader:

• Guide and mentor agents to achieve individual and team sales goals
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement growth strategies
• Drive team productivity through effective planning and execution
• Represent Lux-Sar’s brand and uphold service excellence
