About The Role

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and people-oriented Team Leader – Real Estate to join our Dubai office. This role is primarily administrative, requiring excellent 

leadership and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth operations within a high-volume real estate valuation environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team in a busy department, managing workflow priorities, ensuring on-time delivery, and providing top-quality administrative support to both internal teams and external clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate an administrative team to ensure efficient coordination, accuracy, and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Oversee job allocation, data entry, and report processing to meet daily and weekly output targets.
  • Organize and prioritize both personal and team deliverables to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Maintain continuous communication with senior management and valuation 
  • departments to support operational goals.
  • Interact professionally with top-tier banking and corporate clients via email and phone, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and help streamline workflows within the department.
  • Prepare periodic reports and performance summaries for management review.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in a real estate valuation or related administrative environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced valuation or professional services department is required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, support, and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Outstanding written and spoken English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an outgoing, customer-focused, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and valuation or CRM software tools.
