Key Responsibilities

l Lead, mentor, and manage a team of to achieve revenue, retention, and upsell targets.

l Drive team performance through regular reviews, goal setting, coaching, and motivation.

l Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value and key clients.

l Ensure renewals, service upgrades, and overall client retention across the team portfolio.

l Oversee upsell and cross-sell of broking products, subscriptions, and advisory services.

l Support the team in educating clients on platform tools and new features to enhance usage.

l Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and take corrective actions where required.

l Work closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Operations teams to ensure seamless client experience.

l Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.

l Contribute to process improvements, training modules, and best practices for the team.

l Generate referrals through strong client relationships and service excellence.

Skills & Requirements

l Prior experience in the stock market; strong knowledge of derivatives is preferred.

l 3–6 years of experience in sales or relationship management, with at least 1–2 years in a team-handling role.

l Proven ability to lead, coach, and drive performance from a sales team.

l Strong communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills.

l Target-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

l Customer-focused attitude with the ability to influence and close.

Compensation

CTC: Up to ₹5,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 + attractive team-based and individual incentives (as per experience).
