We Are Hiring – Team Leader (Sales)- FEMALE ONLY

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to lead, train, and manage our sales team while driving targets and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
• Develop sales strategies and ensure their effective implementation
• Handle escalations and support the team in closing deals
• Prepare sales reports and track KPIs
• Maintain a positive, result-oriented team environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or Senior Sales Executive
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals
• Ability to train, motivate, and guide a team
