TEAM LEADER / STOREKEEPER – E-COMMERCE WAREHOUSE

We are hiring a hands-on Team Leader / Storekeeper with strong e-commerce warehouse experience to take charge of daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and labour management.

This is a WORKING role + LEADING role.

Key Responsibilities

Storekeeping & Inventory Management

• Maintain complete stock records
• Update incoming and outgoing stock daily
• Organize SKUs on shelves with proper labeling
• Maintain location codes (A1, B2, C3)
• Ensure FIFO is followed
• Manage damaged, expiry, and return items
• Do weekly cycle counts and report stock variances
• Prepare stock for Amazon/Noon shipments

E-commerce Warehouse Operations

• Manage picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure correct FNSKU, labels, and packaging
• Maintain Amazon/Noon compliance standards
• Coordinate with admin team for order schedules
• Handle bulk shipments and carton preparation

Labour Management

• Lead 5–10 warehouse helpers
• Assign daily tasks (cleaning, picking, packing, offloading)
• Maintain discipline and punctuality
• Train labour on e-commerce packing standards
• Work with the team during rush hours

Reporting

• Daily stock movement report
• Daily inbound/outbound report
• Daily order completion report
• Issues report (missing items, damaged, return, etc.)

Warehouse Maintenance

• Keep warehouse clean and organized
• Maintain safety standards
• Ensure equipment (trolleys, cutters, tapes) is available

Requirements

• MUST have e-commerce warehouse experience (Amazon/Noon or similar)
• Must understand SKU labeling, FNSKU, carton labeling
• 2–3 years of experience as:
• Storekeeper
• Team Leader
• Warehouse Assistant with leadership duties
• Can work physically
• Can lead labour respectfully
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Good English communication and writing skills
• Communicative, humble, disciplined, Honest
• Must be based in Dubai and available to join immediately.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,000 (depending on experience) with Accommodation & Transport
