Team Leader - Telesales

IAMT Global is specialized in training and Placement Services in Hotel Management and Hospitality Industry.

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven professional to lead the Calicut Sales Team and drive admissions growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various activities, networking, job fairs, and outreach activities.
• Lead and motivate the team to call and generate walkins
• Counsel prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Guide the team to achieve monthly admission targets.
• Build and manage corporate and industry tie-ups for student opportunities.
• Oversee centre sales activities, reporting, and CRM updates.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Monday to Saturday - 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
