Team leader/Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader to lead our sales team in the education field. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue

- Conduct sales training and coaching to improve team performance

- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners

- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to win new clients
