Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Deliver warm, attentive, and professional customer service at all times
• Assist with staff training, performance and shift supervision
• Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow during busy hours
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are met
• Handle guest feedback and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Work closely with management to achieve performance goals
• Motivate the team and maintain a positive environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or team leader role in hospitality (preferably Japanese cuisine)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• English required; additional languages are a plus
