We’re seeking a high-energy, result-driven Team Manager to lead our passionate squad of Business Setup Consultants. You’ll be the force behind driving performance, mentoring your team, and delivering client success stories — every single day.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and inspire a team of Business Setup Consultants to exceed monthly KPIs
• Provide expert support in company formation across UAE Free Zones, Mainland & Offshore
• Understand client goals and craft customised business setup solutions
• Oversee daily operations, support client onboarding, and ensure top-notch service delivery
• Coach the team regularly — share insights, up-skill, and boost closing capabilities
• Generate new business leads and optimize conversion from in-house marketing efforts
• Track performance using CRM tools, and ensure your team stays ahead of the curve
• Stay updated on UAE regulations, compliance, and banking trends to guide clients effectively

What you Bring:

• 3–5 years’ experience in business setup or consulting
• Proven success in leading sales/consulting teams with strong closing ability
• Solid knowledge of UAE company formation laws, visa processes & banking compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
• CRM and pipeline management expertise
• Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a bonus!)
