Team Manager (Off-Plan)

We're on the lookout for a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving real estate sales success.

  • Lead and manage an off-plan sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of individual and team sales targets.
  • Drive sales of off-plan projects by developing and executing effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers and stay updated on new project launches, pricing, payment plans, and incentives.
  • Conduct and oversee professional presentations of off-plan projects to clients, investors, and channel partners.
  • Guide and support team members during negotiations, booking processes, and deal closures to ensure successful transactions.
  • Set clear monthly and quarterly targets and closely monitor team performance against KPIs.
  • Analyze market trends, investor demand, and competitor activity to position projects competitively.
  • Manage escalated client inquiries, handle objections, and resolve concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, booking forms, and compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee allocation and management of off-plan inventory, leads, and developer quotas.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for project promotions, launches, site visits, and sales events.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members on off-plan product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
  • Act as a market specialist by advising clients on investment potential, ROI, payment plans, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of experience in real estate, with strong off-plan sales exposure.
  • Previous experience in a team leader or senior sales role
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE/Dubai off-plan market and developers
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation, closing, and client-handling abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and drive sales strategy
  • Proficient in CRM systems and property portals
  • High level of professionalism, ethics, and compliance awareness

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Location : Oud Metha, Dubai, UAE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Dubai Real Estate: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driving License (Required)
