Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Manager – Real Estate Sales to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure outstanding service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mentoring agents, implementing sales strategies, managing performance metrics, and contributing to Alkira’s continued success in the Dubai property market. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. LinkedIn
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to maximize productivity and professional growth. LinkedIn
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans tailored to market trends. LinkedIn
• Monitor team performance and KPIs; prepare performance reports and forecasts for senior management. LinkedIn
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders. LinkedIn
• Attend networking events, property exhibitions, and client meetings to promote Alkira’s brand. LinkedIn
• Ensure all sales activities, documentation, and processes comply with UAE real estate laws and RERA regulations. LinkedIn

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5–3+ years of experience in real estate sales, with leadership or team management responsibilities preferred (Dubai market experience is a plus). LinkedIn
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. LinkedIn
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management skills. LinkedIn
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. LinkedIn
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market and regulatory environment. LinkedIn
• RERA certification is preferred but not mandatory. LinkedIn
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are advantageous. LinkedIn
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese) are a plus. LinkedIn
