In this role, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences by preparing healthy food, preparing cold-pressed juices, smoothies, bowls, and wellness-focused offerings, managing transactions efficiently, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items or juices accurately and efficiently following established recipes and safety standards
• Operate Clover POS systems to process orders and payments smoothly
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas, dining spaces, and throughout the restaurant
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring the dining area remains inviting and organized
• Support kitchen operations by managing food prep tasks, stocking supplies, and adhering to food safety protocols

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants for at least a year is required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math tasks
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous experience in cashiering, serving, or retail environments is required
• Food Handler Certificate is required
• Fluent in both English & Spanish languages
• Flexible Schedule
• High School Diploma or GED
