Team Member Responsibilities:

• Always deliver unmatched service and hospitality to all our customers.
• Create and prepare food and smoothie products to our high brand standards.
• Ensures they are using sanitation practices while preparing and serving food.
• Sets up and monitors food prep and counter workstations.
• Cleans and organizes front, back, and restrooms of the shop.
• Takes orders according to customer request.
• Operates the cash register with extreme accuracy.
• Follow all safety and security policies set by the company.

Requirements:

• Customer or food service experience a plus
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability
• Dependable
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for a long period of time
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 30 lbs.

Compensation:

• 16.90 per hour plus tips
