Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including bussing tables and cleaning work areas.
• Assist with kitchen tasks, including food preparation and inventory management.
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Engage with customers, taking their orders accurately and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Skills

• Previous experience in food handling or food service is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of café operations or experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for culinary arts and providing excellent customer experiences.
