Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Take customer orders and prepare drink items according to company standards
- Upsell additional food items or promotions to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including cleaning tables, chairs, and floors
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures to ensure the health and safety of customers
- Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
