The store combines a highly curated grocery assortment with prepared foods, smoothies, coffee, and functional wellness products in one seamless retail experience. Every product is rigorously vetted to create a high-trust environment where customers can shop confidently and without compromise.

Nude Miami offers a modern alternative to traditional grocery while serving as a discovery platform for emerging clean-label consumer brands. With multiple locations in development, the company is building a scalable platform at the intersection of grocery, prepared food, wellness, and culture.

What You’ll Do

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and dependable Team Member to join our crew. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role — no two days look the same. You'll wear many hats, from welcoming guests and running the register to stocking shelves, managing our hot bar, and keeping our space spotless. If you love food, people, and staying on the move, this role is for you.

Responsibilities include:

Cashier & Point of Sale

• Accurately process customer transactions using the POS system, including cash, card, and digital payments
• Issue receipts, handle returns or exchanges, and resolve minor billing discrepancies
• Maintain a balanced and accurate cash drawer at the start and end of each shift
• Greet every customer warmly and provide a seamless checkout experience

Hot Bar & Food Service

• Prepare, replenish, and present hot bar items according to Nude Miami's quality and portioning standards
• Monitor food temperatures, freshness, and appearance throughout the shift
• Label and rotate hot bar items per food safety guidelines (FIFO)
• Assist customers with hot bar selections, answering questions about ingredients and dietary considerations

Coffee & Smoothie Preparation

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages including espresso drinks, cold brew, and specialty drinks to Nude Miami's recipe standards
• Blend fresh smoothies and wellness drinks using whole fruits, vegetables, and supplements with accuracy and consistency
• Maintain and clean all coffee and blending equipment throughout the shift
• Monitor ingredient levels and communicate restocking needs promptly
• Accommodate customer customizations while upholding quality and portioning guidelines

Retail & Floor Management

• Stock, face, and organize retail shelves and coolers to ensure a full, shoppable floor at all times
• Receive and process incoming deliveries — verify quantities, check for damage, and store items properly
• Assist in placing orders for retail products and supplies in coordination with management
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Maintain organized back-stock areas and storage rooms

Customer Service

• Provide a genuinely warm, knowledgeable, and attentive experience for every guest
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Educate customers on products, promotions, and new offerings
• Build authentic relationships with our regular guests and community

Cleaning & Sanitation

• Maintain cleanliness of all work areas including the sales floor, hot bar station, prep areas, restrooms, and entrance
• Sanitize surfaces, equipment, and utensils throughout the shift in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Sweep, mop, and take out trash as needed
• Ensure the store consistently reflects Nude Miami's high standards of presentation

Who This Role Is For

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Previous experience in retail, food service, or a customer-facing role preferred
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
• Passion for health, wellness, and wholesome food is a major plus

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
