Job Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for the ERP system, addressing issues related to software functionality, user access, system errors, and other operational concerns.
• Collaborate with external teams to ensure regular system updates, patches, and backups are completed on schedule.
• Assist in integrating the ERP system with other software and applications used by the company (e.g., SAP, PMS, accounting & reminder software)
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, ERP system innovations, and best practices, recommending enhancements or changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Familiarity with popular ERP systems in the real estate sector, such as Far vision, SAP is highly preferred
• Work with ERP Admin to assist with ERP-related requirements.
