Team Member – Drinks & Dessert Cafe

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will start as a Team Member, learning all aspects of daily operations, and will have the opportunity to develop into a supervisory or manager-level role over time.

Duties

• Prepare and serve specialty drinks, desserts, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent service.
• Cook and prepare ingredients such as boba, jellies, and toppings while following food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Operate the POS system, handle cash and card transactions with accuracy.
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials as needed.
• Work efficiently during busy hours, supporting team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with catering orders or special events as required.
• Take on leadership responsibilities as skills grow, training new team members, overseeing operations, and helping management improve daily performance.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, beverage preparation, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong desire to grow into a leadership or management role.
• Ability to multitask and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience in boba tea, coffee shops, or dessert cafes is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety.

Pay: $17.13 - $23.00 per hour
