Team Member/ Front desk

```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information about the organization and its services to guests
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing room keys
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage reservations and ensure all guest information is accurately recorded
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a smooth guest experience
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

```Experience```
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Proficient in data entry, transcription, typing, and use of phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with calendar management software is desirable (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
