Position Overview

We are seeking energetic, positive, and customer-focused individuals to join our team. As a Team Member / Smoothie & Açaí Specialist, you will craft our signature menu items with precision and pride while delivering outstanding hospitality that keeps guests coming back.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves healthy living, and enjoys connecting with people.

We pay weekly and hourly rate of $17 to $18/hr is a combination of hourly rate plus pooled tips which average $4 - $5/hr.

Key Responsibilities

Product Excellence

• Prepare and present award-winning açaí bowls, smoothies, and juices according to company standards
• Ensure every product is visually appealing, fresh, and made with care
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portioning
• Uphold strict food safety and cleanliness standards

Customer Service

• Greet every guest with enthusiasm and a genuine smile
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items and ingredients
• Create a welcoming, positive atmosphere for guests and team members
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Go above and beyond to deliver memorable guest experiences

Teamwork & Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
• Work collaboratively with team members during busy shifts
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Contribute to a culture of positivity, accountability, and excellence

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for health, wellness, and fresh food
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Previous food service or customer service experience preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right attitude!)
